Refund policy

Any returned rings will be subject to a 10% recycling fee. The fee is 10% of the current retail price of the item. If you decide to return your ring for any reason, you must do so within 14 days of delivery. There are no returns after the 14 day window. Once you have returned the ring, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method minus the recycling fee.

If there is an error on your order, your ring will be corrected or remade for you to the original ring ordered at no additional cost. Any errors on our part do not exclude the buyer from the refund policies, but rather entitle them to have their ring corrected to be the product ordered. Returned items must be in good condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The return policy only applies to the original ring, exchanged rings cannot be returned or exchanged again. We retain the right to refuse any exchange if we feel the policy is being abused.
